Camping World Customer Service Agent (FT) - Extended Service Plans in Englewood, Colorado

The purpose of this position is to support the Extended Service Plan customer service center. The position is responsible for providing exceptional telephone service to our valued customers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide customer conflict resolution while supporting company goals and maintaining profitability

  • Resolve customer inquiries/issues; in-bound calls, e-mail, and written correspondence

  • Assist with customer resolution within the parameters of defined business rules and standard operational procedures

  • Product Sales training- learn extensive RV & Camping product line and apply knowledge to support customer inquiries

  • Interface with vendors, department managers, dealership managers and Merchandise buyers in response to customer inquiries, complaints or to report deficiencies and/or issues

  • Provide feedback to respective areas on customer response to marketing campaigns, product deficiencies, process issues and recurring complaints

Essential Job Skills:

  • Past professional experience and accomplished employment history (has maintained long term employment with one or more previous employers)

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills and can make quick decisions in a high paced environment.

  • Basic writing and grammar skills necessary to draft fax, e-mail, or written correspondence to customers, freight companies, and company Managers.

  • Ability and desire to learn extensive camping and RV product line in customer centric, sales-focused environment.

  • Basic computer skills-knowledge of Microsoft applications is a plus

  • High school education and two years of customer service and/or sales experience; or one to two years related experience.
