Business & CRM Product Partner / Systems Engineer (RV, Automotive or Marine)

POSITION

In this role you'll function as our strategic business partner for all future CRM initiatives and strategy supporting our nationwide RV dealership network. You'll act as liaison between the business and our CRM development teams focusing on technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. Reports to our VP Sales & Business Development.

  • Provide a road map of business (dealership) / transactional best practices related to CRM system design, development and implementation to optimize the retail customer experience.

  • Utilizing input from the business, define and justify the highly customized CRM platform structure and functionality to ensure the highest level of adoption & ease of use.

  • Leverage your knowledge of industry standard transactional processes and best practices to define CRM system requirements for custom development.

  • Act as Project Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all new CRM initiatives from inception through development and implementation.

  • Act as internal evangelist to define a roll out a new enterprise lead management system.

  • Key contributor to the functional design and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.

  • Light to moderate travel may be required particularly during your first few months on the job as you interact directly with key internal stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience at the dealership level functioning as CRM Product Owner, CRM Product Architect, CRM Business Analyst, or related role.

  • Experience with applicable CRM systems such as Elead, DealerSocket, VinSolutions, or SalesForce.com preferred.

  • Experience in an RV, automotive or marine retail dealership environment preferred.

  • Experience with CRM implementation.

  • Requires exceptional communication skills and with the ability to easily translate complex technical concepts and ideas for a non-technical audience.
