We are currently hiring an Email Marketing Manager - Retail to join the premier in-house digital marketing team in our industry. This opportunity represents significant ownership in the space. Responsible for managing daily operations of the email marketing channel including: email content production, strategy development, list management, segmentation, development, QA, deployment, testing and optimization, as well as analytics and reporting
Manage email lists, data extensions and data integration between our email service provider (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and our CRM (Salesforce)
Proactively monitor our email KPIs (open rates/click-through/deliverability/etc.) and provide analysis of marketing campaigns and recommendations for enhancing effectiveness
Preserve sender reputation with email clients by monitoring inbox deliverability, unsubscribe/spam complaint rates, and other deliverability metrics
Identify data needed to personalize and customize dynamic content for each customer segment
Work closely with cross-functional teams and project manager
Experience & Platform Proficiencies:
2+ years of email channel expertise
Experience with with Exact Target/Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with REST API, AMPscript, Audience Builder, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, Marketing Cloud Connect, and Data Extensions Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation and Administration
HTML skills and experience with HTML editor tools
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work around tight deadlines in a fast- paced environment
