Live Chat Agent

We are currently seeking Live Chat Agents to join our team. This role represents a great opportunity to join the premier in-house digital marketing and web development team in our industry. Live chats are some of the most direct interactions we have with our customers. With this in mind, it is the responsibility of our live chat team to ensure that our customer's interactions with us are both helpful and timely.

Duties:

  • Respond to inbound chats in a timely manner

  • Identify and help solve customer issues quickly and effectively

  • Assist customers in identifying RV's that may fit their needs

  • Engage with customers who leave our brands reviews on Yelp and Google My Business

  • Improve customer experience by supporting and encouraging their decision to participate in the RV community

  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency by directing customers to brand specific resources

Requirements:

  • Strong written skills that lend to clear and concise text-based communication

  • Team player

  • Must be willing to work some nights and weekends

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Podium a plus

  • Ability and desire to learn about the RV & Outdoor industries.

  • Past professional experience and accomplished employment history (has maintained long term employment with one or more previous employers)

  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or 2 + years of customer service and/or 1-2 years related experience.
